Who is responsible

This site is operated by Gravvity, an educational content project about financial markets. You can reach us through the same channel where you receive the content for anything related to your data.

What data we collect

• Name, WhatsApp number and email address you submit in the form.
• Optional answers about your experience, interests, budget considered and when you would like to start.
• Technical and campaign data: approximate country detected by IP, source parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content), ad identifiers (fbclid) and an internal request identifier.

What we use it for

To send you channel access, deliver educational market content matched to your answers, measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and improve the site. We do not use your data to make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that make the service possible: the platform that stores form submissions, the messaging channel where you receive the content and the advertising platform that measures conversions (Meta). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Cookies and measurement

We use the Meta pixel to measure campaign conversions. You can block these technologies from your browser settings or from the ad preferences in your Meta account.

How long we keep data

We keep your data while you remain subscribed to the channel and, after that, only for the minimum period needed to meet legal obligations or handle claims.
